Libby's makes traditional two layer round cakes, each cake is made fresh from scratch.

 Our standard cakes come finished with writing of your choice and color, as well as a frosting border on the top and bottom.

 As we want every cake to meet our quality expectations we do not store cakes in the fridge for last minute options.  


We require 5 day notice to complete the process from beginning to end since we are a small batch bakery!  

We offer varying sizes from a petite 6" all the way up to a 12".  We currently do not offer tiered cakes.

Carrot Cake- Moist old fashioned carrot cake filled and frosted with cream cheese frosting. Contains no nuts or raisins

Cookies and Cream-Chocolate cake with an ultra-light whipped cream filling exploding with smashed Oreos and frosted with buttercream frosting

Red velvet cake- Traditional red velvet cocoa cake with a cream cheese frosting

Lemon Cake- A light lemon cake made with fresh lemons. Paired best when filled and frosted with a fresh lime frosting

Chocolate Mousse- Claire's dark chocolate cake filled and frosted with chocolate mousse

The Libby- Two layers of tender yellow cake filled with a light raspberry mousse frosted with our house buttercream

Chocolate Peanut butter cheesecake-Two layers of chocolate cake with a peanut butter cheesecake layer nestled in the center. Frosted with creamy peanut butter frosting.​

Pumpkin cake w/ Maple Mascarpone Frosting- moist pumpkin cake layers filled and frosted with a creamy real maple mascarpone frosting
Stump De Noel- Dark chocolate cake layered with ganache, a black forest cheesecake, and finished with chocolate *seasonal Nov-Feb*
